Under warranty D800 lens release button button sometimes stuck/requires very hard push to release lens.
Tested with multiple G and D lenses. Compared to D700 lens release button the D800 button feels like it is going to either break or get stuck any moment.
Repair time (Finland): Nearly 3 weeks
End result: Not much difference
I asked an time estimate after first week. Got a reply via the retailer that they were waiting for spare parts.
Not a very good experience. (mh)
